Sauvignon Blanc

Our Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh, summery wine with finesse offering the perfect balance between acidity and fruit. Its aroma is reminiscent of citrus fruits such as grapefruit with subtle notes of dried hay. Soft on the palate, but still very mineral, juicy and low in alcohol (11.5% vol.).

VINIFICATION
3 days of maceration; spontaneous fermentation in steel barrels (70%) using vineyard's own yeast and in old tonneau barrels (30%); unfined and unfiltered.
